New Delhi: India’s Covid case tally crossed 43 lakh mark with the addition of 89,706 new cases and 1,115 deaths in the last 24 hours, according to Union Health Ministry data.
The total number of Coronavirus cases stands at 43,70,129 including 8,97,394 active cases, 33,98,845 discharged & 73,890 deaths.
Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu account for 62% of total active coronavirus cases in the country, the Ministry said.
