Andhra Pradesh: In a tragic incident, at least 14 people have been killed and four have injured in a collision between a bus and a truck in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh on early Sunday morning.
The injured have been admitted to Government General Hospital.
The incident took place on National Highway 44 near Madarpur village in Veldurti Mandal in Kornool district.
The deceased include eight women, five men and a minor.
Andhra Pradesh chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed shock over the incident.
Meanwhile, top officials of the district have rushed to the spot.
