Biju Jayanti: Odisha Govt to Distribute ‘Biju Pucca Ghar’ Eligibility Cards from March 5

Bhubaneswar: In bid to bring more transparency in allotment of houses under Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana, the Odisha Government will distribute ‘Pucca Ghar eligibility’ and ‘land rights eligibility’ cards to beneficiaries in rural and urban areas who have not availed the benefits of ‘Pucca Ghar’ and ‘Jaga Mission’ schemes respectively.

Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will start the distribution on the occasion of Biju Jayanti tomorrow.

Earlier, the Chief Minister, in a letter to all the BJD MPs, MLAs and party functionaries at all levels, said eligibility cards will be distributed during celebrations of Biju Patnaik anniversary from March 5 to March 31.

Eligible cards will be distributed to a whopping 20 lakh beneficiaries.
