Bhubaneswar: Chief Secretary Asit Tripathy and Other Staff of the Lok Seva Bhawan have read out Preamble of the Indian Constitution on the occasion of Constitution Day here today.
Development Commissioner Suresh Chandra Mohapatra, Principal Secretary Law Shashikant Mishra, Principal Secretary Women and Child Development Anu Garg, Addditional Secretary and OSD to Chief Secretary Dillip Routray along with all senior officers and staff of Lok Seva Bhawan readout the Preamble following the Chief Secretary.
