COVID-19: Two More Test Positive in Bhubaneswar, Total Cases Now 23 in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Two persons today tested positive for COVID-19 in Bhubaneswar, taking the number of cases to 23 in Odisha.

A 70-year old male of Kapila Prasad Housing Board Colony Phase II who had returned from Australia on March 22 and has been in home quarantine, tested positive, while a 29 years old male from Bomikhal found out during active surveillance.

“Two more COVID POSITIVE cases in Bhubaneswar. One 70 years old male of Kapila Prasad Housing Board Colony Phase II who had returned from Australia on 22.3.2020 (home quarantine case) Another, one 29 years old male from Bomikhal found out during active surveillance”, the Health and Family Welfare Department said.

On Saturday, a person from Kalahandi district with travel history to Bahrain tested positive for COVID-19.
