Bhubaneswar: Disgraced IFS officer Abhay Kant Pathak and his son Akash Pathak have been granted bail on Wednesday in connection with disproportionate assets case.
The Special Vigilance Court here granted the default bail to the father-son duo, who was arrested on November 27 last year.
The bail was granted after police could not submit chargesheet against the accused in 60 days after arrest.
