New Delhi: Odisha’s ace sprinter Dutee Chand has been conferred with the prestigious Arjuna Award.
President Ram Nath Kovind gave away the award to Dutee Chand and 26 other sportspersons via video conference.
The award winners were connected virtually to President Ram Nath Kovind at the Rashtrapati Bhavan from nine different Sports Authority of India-designated locations.
The prestigious honour is bestowed for consistent outstanding performance for four years.
