Gajapati Admin Issues SOP for Students Appearing 10th & 12th Exams under AP Govt at NAKA Posts

Parlakhemundi: In the wake of rising cases of COVID-19, the Gajapati district has issued Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for students, who are appearing the 10th and 12th exams under Andhra Pradesh Government, at NAKA Posts.

Here are the details:

A. By police personnel:

1. Students who are appearing 10th & 12th Exam under the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh are to be allowed on production of Admit Card/ Identity Card at NAKA post.

2. Student/Guardian/Parent will also produce one undertaking for any adverse situation they will remain accountability.

3. Wearing of MASKS shall be enforced strictly with fine for non compliance of COVID -19 Guideline for MASKS.

4. Only one adult person (Guardian/Parent) to be allowed for escorting/supporting to the student

B. Medical Personnel:

1. Thermal Scanning will be done for all student/Guardian/Parent during the time of return only. 2. If a student/Guardian is found with symptoms through Thermal Scanning shall be referred to the cluster TMC of the Municipality.

C. By Student and Parent/Guardian:

1. Student/Guardian/Parent shall not be allowed to move outside the home during Examination period.

2. They will wear Mask and use Sanitizer during Examination period at Exam Hall.

3. After completion their Examination the student/Guardian/Parent will remain Home Isolation for 7days.
