Ganjam Achieves Recovery Rate of 98% in Fight against COVID-19 Pandemic

Berhampur: Odisha’s Ganjam district has achieved a recovery rate of 98% in its ongoing fight against COVID-19 pandemic.

As per the data shared by the Ganjam administration, the total recoveries in the district improved to 20376 after 36 more patients cured of the virus on Friday. The number of active cases in the district dropped below 200 and stands at 183.

Meanwhile, Ganjam Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange has appealed to the people to remain alert and follow COVID-19 guidelines strictly during the upcoming festivity season to prevent the spread of virus in the district.
