Reach Out To People To Serve Them Better: Gopabandhu Dash To Public Representatives and Party Workers

Berhampur: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s Officer On Special Duty Gopabandhu Dash has reviewed the various developmental works in Rangeilunda Block of Ganjam district. During his visit on Sunday, he interacted with public representatives and enquired on the status of implementation of various government schemes in the Block. He also held discussions on the Biju Janata Dal Organisational issues and activities with party leaders.

The meeting was attended by Sarapanchas and BJD workers of Gopalpur constituency.
During his meeting, Gopabadhu Dash reviewed and stressed upon providing 24 hour electricity to all villages, solving low voltage problem, construction of Mission Shakti buildings, and drinking water facilities in the constituency. He informed in the meeting that Goshalas on 6 acres land will be set up in each Panchayat for domestic animals. They will be well equipped with water and electricity facilities along with area for cultivation of grass. These will help in immensely improving the livelihoods of the local people.

Reviewing the organizational issues, Gapabandhu Dash said each member of the party will take the responsibility of ten houses and see that they get all the benefits that the government is providing through different schemes. He advised the party workers and members to reach out to the people and solve their problems. He also stressed upon active workers to be more vigorous for strengthen the party and enroll new members in to the party. He stressed on unity of party leaders and advised them to dedicate themselves for the service of the people.

The meeting was attended by people’s representatives from 5 Wards of Berhampur Municipal Corporation, 11 wards of Gopalpur NAC and 5 Panchayats of Kukudakhandi Block.

Rangeilunda Block Chairman CH Usharani, Vice Chirman Ajit Kumar Dash, Kukudakhandi Block Vice- Chairman Lakhsmipriya Sahoo, Zilla Parishad Member Sashibhushan Mohanty and other senior party members were also present during the meeting.

During the day Gopabandhu Dash visited Sanakhemundi Block and reviewed the various developmental works. He also went to the houses of fire victims of Jhadaankuli of Satakutuni Grampanchayat in Rangeilunda Block.
