Govt to Take Decision on Reopening of Edu Institutions After Considering All Aspects: Odisha CM

Bhubaneswar: Statements given today by different departments on re-opening of schools and colleges in the state have irked Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.

Expressing displeasure over statements given by different departments on re-opening of schools and colleges in the state, Patnaik, said that a decision on reopening on educational institutes will be taken after considering all aspects.

Earlier in the day, While, the Higher Education secretary Saswat Mishra has said that colleges across the state might reopen in January, School and Mass Education minister Samir Ranjan Dash aired the view that classes for 10 and 12 students will reopen in January.
