India’s Corona Tally Crosses 46 Thousand with Single Day Spike of 3900 Cases

New Delhi: The number of Coronavirus cases in India has crossed 46,433 with 3900 cases reported in the last 24 hours only. With the death of 195 persons in the last 24 hours, the total death toll has also risen to 1568.

The number of active cases in the country stood at 32,138 and about 12000 have recovered so far in various states. Maharashtra topped the list with 14,541 cases of which 1,500 were reported in the last 24 hours. Tamil Nadu also recorded its highest ever single day spike in the number of cases. More than 500 cases were reported in the state in the last 24 hours. 31 perosns have died in the state till date.
