Naveen Appeals All to Follow Strict Sanitation Protocols for Well-Being of All

Bhubaneswar: On the occasion of World Hand Hygiene Day today, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik appealed everyone to wash hands frequently and follow strict sanitation protocols for the well-being of all.

Hands are one of the most common ways through which COVID-19 virus spreads from one person to other, the CM said.

“On World Hand Hygiene Day, appeal everyone to wash your hands frequently & follow strict sanitation protocols for the well-being of your near & dear ones and the community at large”, Naveen tweeted.

Celebrated every year on 5 May, Hand Hygiene Day mobilizes people around the world to increase adherence to hand hygiene in health care facilities, thus protecting health care workers and patients from infections.
