New Delhi: Lokpal member Justice Ajay Kumar Tripathi died here on Saturday due to COVID-19, according to media reports.
62-year-old Lokpal member was admitted to AIIMS in Delhi on April 2. He had been in the ICU of AIIMS since April 5.
Justice Tripathi, who was a former Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court, breathed his last at 8:30 pm on Saturday at the Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Centre of the AIIMS here, reports added.
Justice Tripathi is one of the four judicial members of the anti-corruption body Lokpal.
