Bhubaneswar: Taking cognizance to the FIR filed against Manish Agarwal in a murder case, the Odisha Government today transferred him as Deputy Secretary, Planning & Coordination Department and appointed Y Vijay as the new Collector of Malkangiri.
The move comes just a day after Manish Aggarwal was booked by the Malkangiri Police in the murder case of his PA Deba Narayan Panda.
