Naveen Condoles Demise of Former Dharmagarh MLA Bira Sipka

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has condoled the sad demise of former Dharmagarh MLA Bira Sipka, who passed away on Tuesday.

Naveen took to the Twitter and conveyed his sympathy to the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.

କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଧର୍ମଗଡ଼ର ପୂର୍ବତନ ବିଧାୟକ ବୀର ସିପକାଙ୍କ ଦେହାନ୍ତ ବିଷୟରେ ଜାଣି ମୁଁ ଦୁଃଖିତ। ତାଙ୍କ ଅମର ଆତ୍ମାର ସଦଗତି କାମନା କରିବା ସହିତ ଶୋକସନ୍ତପ୍ତ ପରିବାରବର୍ଗଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ମୋର ସମବେଦନା ଜଣାଉଛି।

Sipka was the MLA of Dharmagarh constituency in Kalahandi district for three consecutive terms.

He won the seat in 1995 from Janata Dal and in 2000 and 2004 from BJD ticket.

Sipka breathed his last in Golamunda of Kalahandi district on Tuesday.
He was 64.
