Berhampur: In view of the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic, the Ganjam district administration has restricted the celebration of Ganesh Puja at public places in the district this year.
Taking to Twitter, Ganjam Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange informed that Ganesh Puja celebrations will be not allowed in keeping view of COVID situations.
He also appealed to the people to cooperate the administration, saying that peoples’ cooperation is important to ensure social distancing to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
