Odisha: Cabinet approves Five Proposals

Bhubaneswar: The Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Naveen Patnik on Monday approved as many as five proposals moved by different departments.

There was no official briefing after the meeting as the the Budget Session of Assembly is underway.

The medi-claim health insurance of ex-MLAs has been increased to Rs 5 lakh from the existing Rs 2.5 lakh per annum and proposals move by General Administration, SC/ST, Works and Higher Education departments reportedly got the nod of the State Cabinet.

The cabinet meeting was held at 9.45 am at the Lok Seva Bhawan here.
