Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Secretary Asit Tripathy today asked concerned departments to finalize their 5T charter by September 15.
The Chief Secretary also insisted the departments to fine-tune their process and procedure to affect 20% weightage for performances in the achievement of 5T in the annual appraisal of officials, reports stated.
Notably, the Odisha Government has set the target of delivering all public services either through online or Common Service Centres by August 15 next year in line with the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s 5T action plan (Team, Technology, Transparency, Time and Transformation).
The State Government on August 15 had introduced the Online Land Revenue Payment System to facilitate online payment of land revenue. It was the first initiative under the 5T mantra.
