Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mahapatra will address the people of the State today on the COVID-19 situation.

He is expected to to address the people between 2 to 2.30 pm.

The Chief Secretary may announce new unlock guidelines during his address as the partial lockdown is ending today.
