Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today condoled the demise of former Lok Sabha MP and Paralakhemundi king Gopinath Gajapati Narayan Deb.
Narayan Deo’s death is a great loss for Odisha, Naveen tweeted.
ପୂର୍ବତନ ଲୋକସଭା ସାଂସଦ ତଥା ପାରଳା ମହାରାଜା ଗୋପୀନାଥ ଗଜପତି ନାରାୟଣ ଦେବଙ୍କ ଦେହାନ୍ତ ବିଷୟରେ ଜାଣି ମୁଁ ଦୁଃଖିତ। ତାଙ୍କ ବିୟୋଗ ସମଗ୍ର ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପାଇଁ ଏକ ଅପୂରଣୀୟ କ୍ଷତି। ଏପରି ଦୁଃଖଦ ସମୟରେ ଶୋକସନ୍ତପ୍ତ ପରିବାର ବର୍ଗଙ୍କୁ ମୋର ସମବେଦନା ଜଣାଇବା ସହ ତାଙ୍କ ଅମର ଆତ୍ମାର ସଦଗତି କାମନା କରୁଛି।

Gopinath Gajapati Narayan Deb, born on 6th March 1943, was a member of the 9th and 10th Lok Sabha of India. He represented the Berhampur constituency of Odisha and was a member of the Indian National Congress Party. He later joined the BJP, and moved to Biju Janata Dal in 2009.
