Bhubaneswar: In view of the growing number of fire incidents, especially in Covid-19 Hospitals, all over the country, the Government of Odisha has instructed the State Fire Services Department to review all the Covid Hospitals in the state and deploy fire personnel in them as a precautionary measure. As part of this, dedicated fire personnel with all required firefighting equipments are being sent to the different Covid hospitals.
Manwhile, in the districts mock drill and demonstration on evacuation procedure and use of fire safety equipments at COVID Hospitals is being carried out involving the hospital employees and officers.
