Odisha Govt Effects Bureaucratic Reshuffle; Vir Vikram Yadav Given Additional Charge of SJTA Chief Administrator

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has effected a bureaucratic reshuffle on Saturday giving senior IAS officer Vir Vikram Yadav additional charge of Chief Administrator of Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) Puri.

Yadav, who currently serves as Principal Secretary to Government Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare Department, has also been appointed as Principal Secretary to Govt. Works Department, according to a notification issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department.

“He is allowed to remain in additional charge of Principal Secretary to Government, Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Department, Commissioner, Trade Promotion and Investment, O/o CRC, Member Secretary, Odisha State Commission for Backward Classes, Chairman, OSWC and Chief Administrator, Shree Jagannath Temple Administration, Puri in addition to his own duties”, the notification reads.
Dr. Nikunja Kishore Sundaray has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Public Enterprises Department.

The additional appointment of Dr. Mona Sharma as Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Public Enterprises Department shall stand terminated from the date Dr. Nikunja Kishore Sundaray takes over, the notification said.

Sanjeev Kumar Chadha, Special Secretary to Agriculture & Farmers’ Empowerment Department will remain in additional charge of Secretary (in-charge), Cooperation Department and Director, Agricultural Marketing and Ex-offcio Member Secretary OSAM Board in addition to his own duties.

Shubham Saxena has appointed as Managing Director, Odisha State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. He will remain in additional charge of Director, Minor Minerals, Joint Secretary of Agriculture & Farmers’ Empowerment Department and Joint Secretary of Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare Department.
