Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has issued an advisory for workplaces to prevent spread of the COVID-19.
“Even during the pandemic situation, we have to work to save our livelihood. We advise you not to panic. Follow the workplace advisory to prevent COVID-19. Stay alert, protect yourself and protect others”, the Health and Family Welfare Department said.
The advisory says:
• Wear masks inside office
• Sanitize your laptop, mobile and other gadgets
• Avoid closed space and close contacts
• Seek immediate medical attention if you feel sick
Meanwhile, the Special Relief Commissioner has urged police and several administrative authorities to strictly enforce social distancing and wearing of masks in public places.
The SRC directed DGP, Collectors & Municipal Commissioners to prosecute violators as per law.
