Bhubaneswar: Golden Beach of Puri, one of the famous beaches in the country, has received coveted Blue Flag certification by FEE Denmark, informed Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today.
He hoped that the renowned eco-label will add to the charm of the world heritage city.
The Odisha Government has been following stringent environmental norms ensuring world class sustainable tourist amenities.
Lakhs of tourists from across the country visit Puri beach every year. Its beauty and cleanliness arrested thousands of foreign tourists as well.
