Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik-led Biju Janata Dal has scripted history in Odisha politics by registering a landslide victory in the 2022 Panchayat elections.
The people of Odisha have once again reposed their unwavering faith on the BJD and its supremo Naveen Patnaik.
The BJD has won as many as 765 Zilla Parishad seats of the 852 ZP seats that went to polls in the five phases of the Panchayat elections. It is the all-time best performance of the BJD in the Panchayat elections.
Meanwhile, the BJD’s landslide victory has been a major point of discussion at the national politics. It has been trending on Twitter at the top most position with the social media users lauding the strong leadership of Naveen Patnaik.
