Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal is leading in 272 Zilla Parishad seats, BJP in 22 seats and Congress in 15 seats, as per the early trends.
Counting is underway for 315 ZP zones on the first day. Counting for 307 ZP zones will be held on February 27 and the rest 229 ZP zones will be conducted on February 28.
