Bhubaneswar: With 2546 recoveries in a single day, Odisha set a new benchmark in COVID-19 recoveries, said Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today.
With the recovery of 2546 patients today, Odisha has achieved a record number of recoveries for three days in a row.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said that the State achieved the feat with dedication and hard work of healthcare professionals and COVID-19 warriors.
“With 2546 recoveries in a single day, #Odisha set a new benchmark in #COVID19 recoveries. The State achieved the feat with dedication and hard work of healthcare professionals and Covid Warriors”, the CMO tweeted.
The total recovered cases of Odisha now stand at 59470, according to the Health and Family Welfare Department.
Odisha has so far reported 84231 cases of COVID-19, including 24280 active cases.
