Bhubaneswar: Odisha Vigilance sleuths have launched simultaneous raids at many places related to Rama Chandra Jena, Tahasildar and in-charge Sub-Registrar of Nimapada today morning. This comes after the vigilance team intercepted Rama Chandra today near his residence at Nimapada and recovered Rs 4,65,000 cash from him. Further raids at his official residence led to seizure of another Rs 50,000 in cash.
The vigilance is currently carrying out raids at Cuttack CDA, Dhanamandal and Garadapur after seizure of Rs 4.65 lakh from his possession.
