Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal is leading in 261 of the 313 ZP seats for which trends are out. The BJP and the Congress are leading in 29 and 16 seats respectively till 12 45 pm. The ruling BJD candidates are leading in all the districts with good margins.
In Ganjam, the BJD candidates are leading in 20 seats out of the 21 seats for which counting is going on. In Cuttack, the BJD candidates are leading in 11 of the 13 seats for which counting is on. In Dhenkanal, the BJD candidates are leading in seven of the eight seats for which counting is going on.
