Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government today announced the appointment of Saumendra Kumar Priyadarshi as twin city police commissioner, replacing Dr. Sudhanshu Sarangi.
A notification has been issued by the Home Department.
Dr. Sudhanshu Sarangi, who is currently serving as Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack, has been transferred and posted as CMD OPH&WC Ltd.
Saumendra Kumar Priyadarshi, who is currently present Addl. DG, Crime Branch, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, the notification reads.
