61 NDRF/ODRAF Personnel Report Positive After Return To State

Bhubaneswar: The number of Coronavirus positive cases in Odisha increased to 3140 with 146 new cases reported in the last 24 hours. Of the 146 new cases, 61 cases belong to the NDRF and ODRAF team members who went to West Bengal for restoration works in the aftermath of cyclone Amphan.

In the last 24 hours Khordha and Ganjam districts reported 19 and 18 cases respectively. While Jagatsinghpur reported eight cases, Sundergarh and Balasore reported seven cases each. Of the 146 new cases 127 cases are from quarantine and 19 local infections.

The number of active cases in Odisha stands at 1136 whereas 1339 persons have recovered till date.
