Akash Pathak Cheating Case: Commissionerate Police Writes Letter To Tata Motors

Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar-Cuttack Commissionerate Police has written a letter to the Tata Motors authorities in connection with the case registered against Akash Pathak, son of IFS officer Abhay Pathak, for cheating the travel agency SkyKing using forged documents in the name of Tata Motors. A case was filed against Akash Pathak at the Khrabelanagar Police station by the Managing Partner of Skyking.

The Commissionerate police has sought details from Tata Motors on whether Akash was the Managing Director of the Company or not. SkyKing had complained at the police station that Akash had cheated them to the tune of 65 lakh rupees.

Akash had booked more than ten chartered flights and five star hotels through the travel agency and had bills mounting to more than Rs 2.5 Crore.
