Bhubaneswar: The winter session of the Odisha Assembly is going to be stormy as the opposition parties are in no mood to allow the house to function properly. Amidst ruckus by the opposition members who are demanding to take up discussions on various issues in place of the Question Hour, Speaker Surya Narayana Patra adjourned the house till 3 pm today.
