Four-Day Complete Shutdown in Berhampur from June 27

Berhampur: The Ganjam district administration today announced a four-day complete shutdown in Berhampur from this Saturday to Tuesday as part of the measures to combat the spread of Coronavirus.

In a video message, Ganjam Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange said the decision has been taken for active contact tracing, home quarantine status and health screening in the Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMC) area.

The district admin will impose complete shutdown from June 27 to June 30.

The district administration has formed 70 teams to undertake massive health screening in the BeMC area as part of the Mission Zero Covid-19.
