Berhampur: The Ganjam district administration has mourned the sad demise of a frontline warrior, who sacrificed his life in the fight against Coronavirus in Purushottampur Block.
The district admin condoled the passing away of the COVID-19 warrior late Dr. B Krishna, who was the Superintendent at CHC, Bhatakumarada in Purushottampur Block.
The warrior lost his life while discharging his duty.
The dedication and devotion shown by Dr.Krishna while discharging his duty has definitely set an example for others and indeed inspire others in the war against the Coronavirus, Ganjam Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange said.
The district admin conveyed its deepest sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul.
