Naveen Pays Tributes to Former Odisha CM JB Patnaik on Birth Anniversary

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today paid humble tributes to former Odisha Chief Minister and Assam Governor Janaki Ballabh Patnaik on his birth anniversary.

Taking to Twitter, Naveen said that JB Patnaik’s contribution to the development of the State and growth of Odia literature and journalism will always be remembered.

Born on January 3, 1927, JB Patnaik had been the Governor of Assam from 2009 to 2014. He served as Chief Minister of Odisha twice – from 1980 to 1989 and again from 1995 to 1999.
