Bhubaneswar: In a historic move, the Odisha Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, has approved a proposal for creation of a separate Mission Shakti Department for women self-help groups.
The Cabinet also approved 15 other major proposals including a proposal to earmark 25 acres of land under Remuna tehsil in Balasore district for establishment of the satellite centre of AIIMS, Bhubaneswar.
