Odisha Cabinet Gives Nod To Historic Annual Property Statement For All Public Representatives and Government Employees

Bhubaneswar: In a historic decision, the Odisha Cabinet today unanimously approved the proposal to make it mandatory for all public representatives starting from Sarapanchas to the Chief Minister, and government employees starting from entry levels to Chief Secretary to give their annual property statement.

The property statements will be kept in public domain for more transparency. Further, a copy of the statements will also be sent to the Lokayukta.
