Phulbani: In a major boost to eco tourism in Odisha’s Kandhamal district, a nature retreat has been opened here on Thursday.
Developed at the cost of Rs 1 crore, the Phulbani Nature Retreat has all necessary facilities, like accommodation, food and drinks, for the tourists. It is situated near Central School Phulbani.
Inaugurating the facility, Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water, Law, Housing & Urban Development Minister Pratap Jena expressed that the nature retreat will attract tourists from different parts of the State and outside.
Speaking on the occasion, Proprietor of Phulbani Nature Retreat Ranjendra Padhi said that there are air-conditioned camps at the nature retreat with a myriad of tourist attractions. The visitors will have a unique experience of glamping into the nature, he added.
