BJD Supremo Appeals to Party Workers to Ensure No One Stays without Food

Bhubaneswar: At a time when the daily wage earners and poorer section of the society have been suffering a lot due to the ongoing lockdown, Odisha’s ruling Biju Janata Dal supremo  Naveen Patnaik appealed all party workers to ensure that not one person in their area stays without food. They should consider each person without food as a member of their family, stand with them and in the process set an example for society.

Naveen further request that all should accept this as our social responsibility and undertake this direction.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister has thanked and expressed his gratitude to the four and half crore people of Odisha for having combated the pandemic of Corona with patience.

He also appealed that the people at this time of disaster should follow the guidelines provided by the Department of Health. And if they venture out from their home for some very important activity, they should wear masks without fail.

Moreover, as directed by BJD president and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, Sanjaya Das Burma requested all elected representatives (MPs, MLAs), all representatives of Urban Local Bodies, Municipal Corporations, Block Chairmen and all elected representatives, and countless workers and well-wishers of Biju Janata Dal to combat the lack of availability of blood through “Jiban Bindu” programme and at this time of crisis carry out our social responsibility.
