Baripada: All the government officials of Mayurbhanj District have decided to observe three days protest against the high handedness of Union Minister Bishweswar Tudu by wearing black batches.
The Minister had allegedly assaulted two officials of the state government – District Planning Board Deputy Director and Assistant Director after calling them for a review meeting at his party office. The two officials, Aswini Mallick and Debashis Mohapatra were thrashed by the Minister with a chair and were admitted to the Baripada Hospital.
